Helplink Plus makes getting help even easier by allowing the wearer to get direct two-way communication using their pendant, wristband or belt clip. Even if you’re over 400 feet from the Transmitter Box! The pendant allows the Care Specialist to listen in to what is happening on the client’s side or to talk to the client through the built-in microphone and speaker. The Reset Button can also be programmed to dial non-emergency calls for 30 minutes, allowing you to enjoy hands-free communication.

Supervision is added to receive the supervisory signals from the pendant to indicate their proper functioning. Furthermore, the Transmitter Box is specially designed with a variety of alarm protocols, adding its versatility for the most advanced monitored security market.
