MobileHelp comes with 3 devices: a pendant, which can be worn around the neck for easy activation in an emergency. The Mobile Unit—a small hand held device much like a walkie talkie—this device allows 2-way communication with the MobileHelp Customer Support Team and also uses GPS technology to track your location in the event of an emergency. And finally the Base Station, a larger unit kept in the home that also allows two-way voice communication.
